What Chris C doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
During hours we were told our order was to go because they were cleaning early. We asked about a food allergy issue and the employees would not even check our concerns. We were traveling from out of state and had to eat in the car instead of enjoying a dinner. Thank you Salt Lake El Pollo Loco we will not be back.
