This was the second time I have visited Elevations Restaurant and tasted Chef Jason's dishes. After this last visit, I would recommend the Prime Rib Dip sandwich with Sweet Potato Tots on the side and our server, Alex, was very attentive and knowledgeable. We decided on Elevations because we were staying at the hotel and had opera tickets, and didn't want to deal with a timing issue dining elsewhere. My husband ordered the ribs and did not like the sauce that was on them, so he tried to scrape off as much as possible.
