Jinya is the best Ramen in the Salt Lake valley right now out of all the Ramen bars. First, the appetizers are all full of flavor and fresh. Personal favorites are the Pan seared Gyoza with a nice soy-ponzu sauce. And the best is the Tempura Fried Shrimp with a citrus aoli. Second, and most important, the Ramen. Faith was the person working the front desk, she said there were no tables available and said that we would need to wait 15 minutes, even though there was an available table.
