great fan des bánh mì! it is a great part that comes with a side of sweet potato or salat for a reasonable price. the baguette and the meat are so good. my favorite is the grilled pig and the French bark! the ph-aliphatic is delicious and the broth has a very balanced taste profile. some places have broth that is too sweet for my taste. but this one is exactly what I'm looking for! I was in a lot of places around slc and this is probably one of my most favorites. you eat is very expensive and not the best quality. they gave us a plate of drowned, lemon and devoured old basilikum. Why lemons? the broth is extremely oily. the edemame tasted super flat. I ordered a Thai icy and they brought a glass of it half full. the only good thing is that we had a nice server. I personally don't add any additional sauces because I love the broth alone. they can taste the bark and it is really the star of the broth.

Came first on Sunday and was very impressed. the place was very busy, but the two servers made the volume very good. that is even with angry women on the back that give them a hard time over lack of service when their party simply did not show up and they could not help her until everyone was there. definitiw order the filet-pho, well worth the extra money. that will be a regular place!
This can is in the sugar house and is one of the worst pho in which I have ever eaten! the broth was diluted and without taste, bark meat was boiled over and bladder. they also ran out of basilikum! how can pho run out of basilikum, which is one of the basic components?! I would not recommend eating in this restaurant ever. there are many better Pho eating in slc. disappoint.
It was my first time going, I ordered a beef brisket pho and it wasn’t too bad. However, the service was terrible, I’m not sure if she was the owner or not but she definitely could’ve done way better! Someone needs to give her some energizer drinks or something. FYI, I never write bad reviews but this one deserved it.
