This is good, and the start of something great. Fun atmosphere, High use of technology. Tasty food. Was asked to wait 15 minutes to clear out the restaurant, which was a bit off putting. The flavor is there but the execution is not. The green eggs and ham tasted great but the poached eggs were half boiled instead of runny and the biscuits need some attention because parts of the biscuits were too hard.
