Rio Grande is a perfect place for a satisfying breakfast and delicious cup of coffee. The menu is different and inviting, while the atmosphere is wonderful. Despite the extra charge for chips and salsa, the cheese enchiladas are a standout, made with jack cheese instead of cheddar. The staff could benefit from improved management and training, as seen with a large group visit. The restaurant, now owned by Byron Lovell, offers a menu full of nostalgic favorites, such as shredded beef tacos. The friendly staff, old-school music, and haunted train station ambiance make for a unique dining experience worth recommending.
