They take forever to make your food. I mean the order should’ve been ready. I even took my time to come a while after it was supposed to be ready, and I am still waiting over 10 mins for my order: One time I came in an it was just one poor girl working the whole place by herself. Yeah…I love smashburger but there are some clear issues at this location. I waited for about 10—15 minutes at the counter without an employee in sight until another customer went into the kitchen to get them. All of the fountain drinks were out (or at least the 4 I tried), which would have been nice to know before spending $3 on a drink.
