Wow. Never thought I'd find a sushi place worse than the Happy Sumo in Cottonwood Heights. I'm corrected. Slow service, terrible food, false advertising with everything you can eat when it is fixed in reality inflatable prices and get what you ordered? Not an option, just eat what is brought. In the Sushi Yah from Salt Lake City, a lot of freshly harvested vegetables, fish, and meat are used to prepare healthy, delicious Japanese dishes, Furthermore, the customers love the successful combination of different menus with new and partially experimental ingredients - a nice example of successful Asian Fusion.
