Had the zucchini quesadilla with vegan cheese, a hibiscus tacco and rice and boron. everything was in order, although the hibiscus was dry and the rice and the buoys were a little dirty. also it is lame her fried cauliflower is not vegan. looks as if it could be easy!
I had the cauliflower and hibiscus taco on mais tortillas. the baked cauliflower was delicious with a little kick. the hibiscus was okay. it would have been better if I had ordered a few toppings. it came with only shredded hibiscus that is kind of bitter. recommend some guacamole, salsa and/or other toppings. came with a few tortilla chips (no salsa) as well.
We tried the zucchini tacos and the Hibiscus tacos. both were excellent and the hibiscus was surprisingly hearty.
They have always got hibiscus as a vegan option or they can get rice and buoy! they also have vegan cheese now when they request it.
The hibiscus asada is absolutely incredible! It is not listed on the menu but the specials board always says there is a vegan option. All you have to do is specify no cheese/dairy on your taco or burrito and then help yourself to their amazing salsas.
