My BFF took me here and I cannot stop thinking about them. They truly are NY bagels — down to the savory nature of them. They toast lovely and their scallion cream cheese is to die for. Ive seen some complaints about them being “hard” and to an extent, I agree but only if you are comparing them to Einsteins. Having moved from the east coast, it was disappointing to find out how difficult it is to find a good bagel here. Thankfully, the Bagel Project exists and is providing this city with quality bagels! Their bagels have a nice chew and have been fresh every time I have stopped by. Considering it is either this or Einstein Bagels.. I will choose the Bagel Project every time. View all feedback.
