"Horrible customer service, I ordered a Turkey wrap with tomato and spinach, asked for it to be toasted, the "not so much of a sandwich artist", snapped back at me; "you should have told me to wanted veggies in it before I toast it!!" I was like; "pardon me? I wanted it toasted with the vegetables inside", then he turned around and charged me over $12.00 and insisted he was giving me a deal...let's see...aahhhh..2 slices of Turkey, two slices of tomato, three pieces of spinach...a deal?? I think not"

"After living in High Level for a few years we finally ventured to the Family restaurant. Friday nights they have a Chinese buffet which is simple but very good. No complaints at all on the food and the pricing for a buffet is quite reasonable. Will definitely eat here again!"

"Have stayed here multiple times for business and pleasure. An amazing stay for families with their large rooms and the water park! Beds and bedding is comfortable! Food is fabulous and the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. One and two bedroom suites, kitchenettes, all the rooms are spacious, lots of parking, Water park great for all ages. Meeting rooms and large event conference area."

"I stayed overnight in this hotel and had a great meal in this restaurant during my stay. I ordered the Pepper Steak which was delicious. The server was friendly, overall good experience."
