About the worst burger I have ever had, $9 Baconator. 11 am and I believe it had already been under a heat light for 2 hours! And half a slice of bacon cut in two, 5 adult women working there, walk in, only customer in there, go to the counter and I am directed to the skip the line kiosk because the counter person could not speak English to take my order. Food is usually fresh and the order is always correct at this location. Quick service.
Decided to give this location a second chance after cold food last time. Went for breakfast today. Got two combo meals had to pull up to wait for them to prepare the food. We got one order of potatoes, a fry English muffin for the one sandwich and a breakfast baconator with no egg. All delivered to the car by possibly the crankiest person in the restaurant. They should have spent the money used to remodel on training and wages. These people don’t care to do the job.
Still waiting for my receipt. Got my food in parts. Then she started helping someone else, oh no, make that multiple people. Okay, she nicely just brought it out. But she was rather stressed.
