This looked so promising. Interesting regional menu. 1.5 hours after ordering, it arrived, cold and over cooked. Chicken was inedible, Patatas fritas (sweet potato chips) were dried to a frazzle. The vegetarian dish, which we checked out carefully, not only had a bit of ham draped over it, but also some lumps of chicken buried in the vegetables. The provolone was tough and chewy.
