"I was in Jasper for a month on business from Texas. I was feeling homesick, and heard about this place and decided to stop in and try their marbled brisket sandwich, potato salad, and pineapple pudding. This was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had, their sauce was amazing, the potato salad was on point with a dab of sauce in it, and the pineapple pudding was delightful. The staff was super friendly, and made me want to stay in Jasper just a little bit longer. I will be back."

"Steak was delicious as was the baked potato. In fact, I don't know what it was that made the potato taste better than other baked potatoes but it was very tasty. The waitress was very attentive especially since the restaurant was packed out. Will eat there again."
