What User doesn't like about Tierra Libre:
Here is an update a week later. The two of us are still struggling to get back to normal, we are still suffering from the repercussions of, I believe, a systemic failure in the kitchen. We will never know if it was general uncleanliness, food that was not fresh or kept around too long or general cutting of corners. It is a beautiful restaurant in Samaipata, with typical food, a small Bar that has what is necessary for a party, the attention of the people who work is very cordial. View all feedback.
