"Wonderful atmosphere, very kind staff and delicious food! The banana toast was great, and the good morning breakfast was also delicious. The immune smoothie was also very good. They were busy but service was efficient, and the seating area is very nice."

"Family of four, including two children, arrived on an early August late afternoon, 45 minutes before sunset. No one else was at the restaurant. Needless to say the views are stunning and worth the drive up from Samara through 30 minutes of mountain dirt roads. As other reviewers have said, the views are the attraction but the drinks and food served alongside were the best since leaving La Fortuna. From the hammock and swinging chairs, the chirping birds, howling monkeys, delicious food and drinks with very reasonable prices along with the sun slowly plunging into the sea over the course of our meal this is one of those experiences we will remember forever."

"Avoid this place like the plague. The owner was extremely rude and unpleasant. She made us wait 45 minutes for our food. I normally wouldn't say anything but we had to drive back to San Jose to catch a flight home. We tried to be as polite as possible when we asked for our food but she just kept yelling at us and told us we shouldn't be complaining and the food ended up being awful. The owner really was over the top rude and unpleasant. Samara is a beautiful town filled with extremely nice people. But I would skip this bakery far better choices with good and edible food and better service."

"Great yoga classes. no need to book in advance. the yoga shaka is open and gives a peaceful feeling. the place is near the road, which means in can be loud. Nevertheless, the teachers are great and they welcome everyone."

"We were recommended this place from Flying Crocodile hotel. Upon arriving we were greeted by the fabulous Maryana. We instantly felt at home with her inviting presence. The food was beyond delicious and made with love from her wife Janet. We recommend this place!!!! Patrick and Peter NYC"

"After spending most of the day on the road....bumpy roads....we were desperately searching for lunch when we spied this place. We weren 't sure what to expect but we walked in. First let me say that the construction of this place is wonderful. Massive wooden beams provide support to the structure. Obvious that there was a lot of hard work in making and assembling this structure. We were the only folks there for lunch except for a couple of local folks watching the soccer match on TV. The waiter was nice and efficient. Food was delicious and filling. From the other reviews, it is apparent that this is probably the local 'diner '. Glad we stopped in and unwound after the long drive."

"Best place to get breakfast! They have some parking or you can walk up. Get in line and order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. They have seating out front if you want the sun they have indoor seating with fans and they have outdoor seating on the very shaded back area. Tons of baked items to pick from that were all delicious. We tried this place the first day and came back everyday after that. They even have fresh baked bread. Highly recommend."
