"Untrained staff who weren't aware of the food or drink menu. Our starter plates were left on the table for 45 minutes. Waiter gave half of our meal to the wrong table and then mixed our meals up. Won't be returning."

"Betty’s is qlds bester burger export, they have done a good work with their national expansion. I like her patty, the burgers feel fresh and yoi don't feel sick after eating. milkshakes ate well. the pommes came out cold, what was said. the interieur is beautiful and alive. a safe choice if you need a delicious burg in brisbane."

"We really enjoyed our return visit to the Alliance Hotel. From the easy booking method to the paying of the bill at the end, was all very well done. The staff were professional and friendly. The menu had something for everyone and the food was brought out in good time and was delicious! We'll be back again!"
