Both tour operators that we used while in Huatulco recommended it (Pilo and Huatulco Tours Enrique) We were greeted at the boat and escorted over to the restaurant and seated right on the beach. We were brought fresh tostadas and salsa and we ordered a Corona and a Pina Colada right away. Both of us ordered the stuffed pineapple.
