I've drove past this place countless times on my way to getting a hair cut at Sylvia's Styling Salon where I've been going to for year's.
This was our first time here and everything was a hit from the food and service to the background pop music.
Four of us went to Baltica for lunch on Friday We didn't know what to expect, but I'm glad that I tried.
