What Fred T likes about Benihana:
There was a wait even though we had a reservation. When we sat down, there was a wait to getting started on our food and drinks. Our chef messed up the tricks a couple of times but was really friendly and entertaining. The food was great and the place has a nice environment. Excellent place for a group meal and an entertaining cooking. View all feedback.
What Juliaa T doesn't like about Benihana:
We had 7:30 reservations, and they didn't seat us until 8pm. We sat waiting for our chef for 50 minutes, and didn't eat until almost 9:30pm. The food was okay but certainly not worth waiting for 2 hours with three hungry kids. They were clearly understaffed and overbooked. We won't be going back anytime soon. View all feedback.
