What Steve Hiney likes about Blue Wave Grill:
Had the filet and it was perfect. The accompanying garlic taters and asparagus were tasty. It’s clean and comfortable. The server was courteous and checked the table without being called. The in-house location at Best Western's Island Palm is very convenient. What Caroline Burkart doesn't like about Blue Wave Grill:
I was looking forward to a better dinner since it had been recommended by @SanDiegoMagazine and my expectations were higher. Food and service was ok but you could see it had been cooked hours ago and put under a heat light giving the sauce and meat a dry appearance.
