The pictures are not exactly matching the actual appearance in-person. I expected a bit more upscale; the restaurant foundation is beautiful however the furniture decreased the appearance. The customer service was concerning due to taking 2 hours to serve dinner for my birthday celebration of 8 ppl. The waiter could hve been overwhelmed but had poor communication skills. This restaurant was extremely disappointing. The photos online make it seem like a very nice, more up-scale restaurant, but it is not- we were given Dasani water bottles. The food was terrible. We got the shrimp with garlic sauce- the sauce was just microwaved butter. I got the lobster risotto, and the lobster was extremely overcooked, and there were so many shells it was barely edible.
