What Helen T doesn't like about Ngoc Mai Restaurant:
The venue is located in tenderloin, not the best neighborhood for pedestrian to take a stroll.I really appreciate that they serve real Tapioca for their banh canh dish, however the soup base just did not cut it. The servers were extremely friendly, and gave me lots of lemon when I asked for some. After squeezing four lemon wedge, the soup got enhance to a more savoury flavour.
