What User doesn't like about Noren Izakaya:
We brought a couple of friends to Noren Izakaya since it was new and we generally like Izakaya-style food. The food was good, but not outstanding. Nice sake and shochu. The service was excellent. The decor is uninspired by okay, but the big big problem is the noise. There was super loud music, even after they (graciously) turned it down a bit at our request.
