What Grant Kuhn doesn't like about Osha Thai 3rd Street:
The food is good, no doubt in that. We didn't like the service though. The lady literally charged us for not giving tips and forced her to give tips. You can't force your customers to give tips. Also it should be mentioned that after 9 15 PM, you cant order anymore. View all feedback. What Kitty Price likes about Osha Thai 3rd Street:
This was my first time at Pampano. Overall it was great. Portions of food might have been a little smaller than expected but was delicious, and we really wish that happy hour was not just at the bar. But it's all good. View all feedback.

Beautifully presented Thai food, but could be more consistent with food and taste for the price.
Amazing!! The sangria and seafood dish with the cilantro rice was so good.
The food was very good. A little pricey but the service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a private party going on so we had to sit downstairs in the bar...

Came here for a friend's birthday. Drinks, ambiance, food and service were amazing all around. I walk by this restaurant everyday and finally got to eat there....

read morePampano restaurant in midtown Manhattan offers delicious and creative Mexican seafood dishes with consistent quality. The shrimp quesadilla is a standout choice, and the homemade guacamole and chips are fantastic. The service is efficient and the prices are reasonable for San Francisco. While the food is consistently great, the service can be hit or miss with some patrons experiencing long waits and lack of attention from servers. The portions may be smaller than expected for some, but the flavors are delicious. Overall, Pampano is a great choice for lunch or dinner if you're craving Mexican seafood with a twist.
