What Susan N doesn't like about Picante San Rafael:
I dunno. I like it but they're kind of cold. They misheard my order due to a language barrier and refused to acknowledge that they misheard, even though my spouse heard me repeat. Next time I'll ask them to read the order back to me, which would be good customer service to do without being prompted. Also, no other Mexican restaurant in Marin charged for chips except this place. The food is good though. read more.
