Horrible, time-wasting experience. Couldn't figure out the Wendy's app to take advantage of a chicken sandwich offer from T-Mobile. No one could help us. The one person who supposedly could said he wouldn't because they were too busy. Over 40 minutes of our time was sucked away. At that point, we decided it wasn't worth it!
