What Holly D likes about Windows on the River:
The restaurant is located right on the Riverwalk, offering a fantastic view! I had breakfast there and the meal consisted of standard Holiday Inn fare. However, I wasn't disappointed as I knew what to expect. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was well-prepared, and the atmosphere was pleasant. View all feedback. What PatrickM doesn't like about Windows on the River:
Made a reservation, on a Sunday night, before a performance, for four. We arrived at a closed restaurant. No notice, no apology from staff when we got there. We had to scramble to find someplace before the show. Sent a note to the restaurant and was told someone would contact me. No one has contacted me yet. Very uncool. View all feedback.

read moreWindows on the River at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk offers a pleasant dining experience for patrons looking for a convenient meal before heading to the nearby theater. The views of the Riverwalk are a highlight, although some diners found the construction across the river to be a drawback. The food is generally considered good, with attentive service from staff members like Israel. While the location may not offer fine dining, it does provide a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of other Riverwalk eateries. Overall, Windows on the River seems to be a solid choice for a meal with a nice view and friendly service.
