"This place is absolutely incredible. Such a nice welcome to Buenos Aires. Laura and Franco were so fun and knowledgeable. They told us about each course we had, taught us how to make two cocktails, and how to fold empanadas. The food and wine were out of this world. This is a must visit. "I loved the attention and warmth of the girls who attend. Both are professionals who know about coffee. Many thanks to the girl who was in the box for guiding me with the different grains they managed for their filters. And thank you very much to the girl who prepared it too. Both grains used for the v60 filter are super aromatic. It was worth it. Food is also very rich. I recommend trying the guava-filled chip. I'm not a fan of bittersweet, I found it exquisite. I'm going back to try your Espresso and Cappuccino."
