"Worst Juan Valdez I have ever been to. We went several times during our stay in San Andrés but it was always the same. The staff obviously had no intention of providing any service nor motivation for anything else. They were unfriendly and ignored customers. We had to repeat our orders several times as the people were not paying any attention and once I was waiting for my coffee for more than 30min before one staff member came and asked me to sit down and wait while they were chatting with each other instead of serving customers. Nevertheless: food and drinks were good very expensive but this is due to the fact of this being an Island."
