Food was absolutely delicious. I had the taste of Mexico and my husband had a sampler with 2 tacos, two enchiladas. Both had beans and rice of course. The rice was so delicious. Not just plain ole orange rice on the side. It was so tasty. Everything was so flavorful. Service was outstanding. Will definitely come back if we come back up this way!!!! View all feedback.

I can see why this place has its regular guests. It's secret. The owner and his family are very personal and friendly. However, the place must be updated. It's loud about the bar. It seems dirty. The food could also be better for prices. Still? There are worse places in Angelo. View all feedback.
Buffet is small but the food is fresh and delicious. If you don’t want the buffet you can order off the menu. The owners are kind and care about their customers.
I think some of the reviews are made by people who feel entitled. I went there for dinner last night and tonight. Excellent service, good food, and friendly staff. Drinks kept coming without having to ask once for a refill. If this is what Tex-Mex is about then I’ve been wrong this entire time. Hopefully I can stop by again tomorrow night for my last dinner in town. El Caps is delicious and I highly recommend them.
Amazing food and service. The whole time we were there the staff never stopped moving. Thank you Simon for taking the time to sit down and chat with us!
Eveything was great. From the food to the drinks . And the people were very nice and welcoming . My favorite spot to eat.
