Came here to get ice cream with the family. The parking here seems non existant outside of the street parking which is limited. The shop can get very busy but the staff is quick to help you. The ice cream is all made in house and they have standard flavorsand then they have their seasonal flavors as well. The scoops are reasonably priced, and any ice cream can be turned into ashake. It was our second time at this place and the first time it was great. Today though the gentlemen serving us (he had a beard) had an awful attitude, he was very annoyed and looked like he was going to punch something. He's didn't even say hello or anything and he got even more upset the more we went on with our order. Best ice cream shop in town! Generationally owned, you must stop in to try their homemade ice cream. The lemon is my favorite and my kids like all the different types of waffle cones. Super friendly and fast staff!
First time here at the Latest Scoop and the staff was very friendly. I got a scoop of the cookies and cream, and it's amazing. Also love the smell of fresh waffle cones!! 10/10 would recommend coming here if your ever in San Angelo Texas
Sister had blueberry lavender ice cream that she absolutely loved and I had cookie butter ice cream that made me wish I'd gotten more! It was so flavorful and not overly sweet. One of the girls working there mentioned that the ice cream was made in house and the amazing quality shows. We heard about this shop through word of mouth and now we see why we'll be back often.

That guy needs some anger management classes.My husband and in-laws were waiting in the car and I was by myself with my 2 little kids but I don't think I'll be coming without someone else here. Too bad as their ice cream is good and they have some good ideas.
Got the birthday cake batter with sprinkles, it’s super good with the strawberry cone. Love seeing the new seasonal flavors.
