What hey hi doesn't like about Starbucks:
the woman who has the 4:30 thursday shift is extremely rude to customers. my friends and i are (respectful) regulars, yet she always glares at us while we are looking at the menu. yesterday, she yelled at us saying that we could not come into the store unless we knew what we wanted right away. this startled us as we had quite literally jsut walked into the store, and we were taken aback. we felt extremely unwelcome a...
