"The restaurant location is convenient for those who are from Palamis, Burgos, or Tanaytay. Haven't tried any of their rice meals yet. They have a bestseller guide at the menu which is helpful. Tried their frappe, pasta and waffle. Good serving size and friendly servers."

"The place looks great both from the outside and the inner design , and at first the staffs were very accommodating, however, it was during their food service that everything fell. the staffs are not well equipped to handle multiple orders and they are not coordinated. We waited for our food for almost an hour and to think that there were only 4 tables of customer. the staffs needs to undergo training."

"Crews do not serve the food well. Orders might be served at another table beside you and let you pick them up yourself. Table napkins are so limited. Glasses and other utensils are not well cleaned (you can notice the solidifying lard on cold drinks). Should you raise the issues among the managers, they do not care. Expect incriminatory remarks like "maarte" if you raise complaints. Tables are not sanitized, too. Do not expect the optional choice of chicken parts. You shall but be insulted."
