Done with Drafthouse, sadly.I 've been a supporter for more than a decade, and up until covid we were even Victory members. But in the last year or so, they 've massively jacked up the food and drink prices, and now they impose a forced 18% tip that they call a service charge . I have been going to Alamo Draft house for about 15 years and each time the movie/dining experience is great. Service is quick, very friendly staff and the food is really good and even movie specials on foods/drinks make it interesting. Only thing I don't approve is charging the customer 18% gratuity on all tabs even though I would usually tip my waitress View all feedback.
