First time coming here and OMG!!!! LOVE IT !!! We decided to walk over from Kia Ancira while we get our car serviced and I do not regret it well worth the 13min walk. I ordered the costillas with corn tortillas DELICIOUS ? !!! Will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
What Chad Belcher doesn't like about Amiga Cafe:
This place is all right. My food was very greasy. Even worse than that, they wouldn't sell me alcohol until 10am. I worked a night shift and wanted a beer at 8am. On Saturday that's allowed.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
The family and I love this place! Great food, great prices and friendly staff. The Fajitas plate for 2 is huge and delicious! You also have karaoke on a few days if you like it. They also serve beer and drinks.
Friendly staff, quick service for just going it seems. I'm going to good tacos and drinks. BUT, food is unfortunately another experience. I took my family in the day I uploaded this review... So this is a new edited version. Not the record of a person came out right. The server did not repeat my order and my drinks never filled up again. Forget the rest of the food and our food became cold and evil. Didn't know I went to a fast food chain where I had to go to the counter for everything I needed. DISSAPOINTED:
I always liked this place, but today was disappointing. This brisket is completely unusable. Looks like it was warmed up to death in the microwave. The Carne/papa/salsa, the reason I'm going here was not as good as the time.
I had an oatless from this place where the taste was watery. The staff was nice, but I'd eat again. I threw a whole bowl of oat flakes, what a waist of money I know, but I tried to give them away? So I go back to my desk and said: It's okay, at least they gave you that I've never been so hurt in my whole life this experience was absolutely creepy because how would you give me bread and oatmeal I was loss of words. will I have been coming back? Absolutely not for the oat flakes.
Amiga Cafe has delicious food. We enjoyed the food so much that went back for a second time. The food is authentic and inexpensive. The original margarita was one of the best margaritas we have ever tried. The vibes are also amazing especially the Karaoke night on Saturday. This place is a must in San Antonio.
