Food Service Excellent. We went to a w to try it since we have never been and loved it. the food was delicious and the customer service was awesome. the manager was very nice and had a conversation with us letting us know upcoming specials, making sure our stay was great or if their was anything she could do for us. the root beer float was good. i know i will be a repeat customer to this location and will be letting... What Michael Black doesn't like about A&w:
We got to the store when supposed to open and they weren’t even open yet. The building wasn’t open for some reason. And 10 minutes later I was able to call and they said that the fryers weren’t even turn on till late. And it took us forever to get any service and we did not get food until 20 Minutes after they were supposed open! Just terrible service! View all feedback.
