What Paul B likes about Brickyard Bbq:
The staff was very friendly, and the food was good. We tried the Brisket (ask for marbled to make sure its juicy), and the Ribs. Ribs were really good, Brisket needs more flavor. Side dishes we tried were French fries, Potato Salad, Pinto Beans, and Cole Slaw. They were all good. The restaurant was very neat and clean. Came here since I saw the rating were 4 and up. Overall I expected the portions to be slightly more than kids menu size since I'm paying little over $20.The pinto beans are okay.The creamed corn has flavor but the cream part was more watery.The brisket failed, albeit the appearance is good with the bark and the smoke ring, the brisket itself when tasting was very dry and no flavor.
