The food was good and our server, Lynette, was stellar!!! She knows her stuff. I spent my life in customer service and, I can tell you she's in the right business. She worked with us to get the best bang for our buck with a smile and had fun with us, too. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We left her a nice tip as she earned it! What Glenna Ankunding doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
We waited 15 min for a table. There were available tables but they were all dirty. So the hostess started cleaning all the dirty tables and then called us. She cleaned 4 tables for 4 parties that were waiting. Food was good. Fresh. I got drink refills. Waitress forgot our salads. I had to remind her to get them. So we got them at the same time as the food. View all feedback.
