Yo my guys, your oil isn't nearly hot enough for the chicharoons. I could still cover a book with this pig skin because it's just oily leather and not crispy at all.Not to mention the rest of this...I don't recommend unless you're trying to pay $40 for what essentially is a struggle meal.
