While dining with my family on a special occasion after about a 2 hr wait, we had a waiter who was very inpatient. It seemed like everything we asked him for was such a bother to him. The manager stopped by to welcome us and asked if there was anything we need. I advised her what we needed and she stated she would get that for us. The manager NEVER returned.
