the ambiente of the sugar factory was exquisite. the food and drinks were very good and funny. for the price of the entire experience our service was good, but in a certain attention area of our dinner was missing. we needed serviettes and had missing items that could be quickly addressed when we received more attentive service. food and service was good. very noisy. a large deactivation is the obligatory 20% congratulate which is added to the bill and then the tax is calculated after meal and congratulate. View all feedback.
Great place for dinner/drinks. Laid back atmosphere, good music and the service is on point. Shout out to 'Rabbit ' the bartender for the great service and menu recommendations.
Loved my experience here! The atmosphere is fun and energetic, our waiter Andrew was very nice and helpful and the food is delicious!! Would definitely come back!
Henry was the best waiter we could find. We felt his generosity from the second we sat down. As out of towners, he went out of his way to make us feel at home while giving us the San Antonio experience!
Great atmosphere. Food is not bad and presentation is excellent. Salsa with chips some of best around. Only thing did not like was the pickled Jalapeños Like fresh better. Also, Volcano was little short on lava.
Food was good my margarita was awsome and I love the music. First time here i am from dallas tx and I will return staff was very friendly and good who ever the general manager is at this location has a good staff
