They have a vegetarian and vegan menu available on request. The vegan options are quite limited, but come on, this is vegan sushi in Texas. Both the rolls I had were excellent, as well as the seaweed salad and cucumber salad. My partner and I enjoyed it so much we hit two different locations. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Zushi:
The vegan menu consisted of the typical vegetable rolls, lacking any unique or exciting options. It's fine if you're dining with meat-eaters and want sushi, but it would be great if they could come up with some special vegan rolls to make it truly standout. Additionally, there were gnats buzzing around our table, which was quite distracting. As for the ginger-seed dressing, it was just average. View all feedback.
I looked at her menu before the time and was disappointed at how little vegan options they had, but nevertheless I wanted to have a sushi date with my friend, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the soultangsalat and the schleier roller and a koks without ice. it took awhile to get our food, but understandable, as it was very busy, almost a whole house. the host who sat us was very sweet and helpful. our server was also very sweet and attentive. I have never really come to the bottom of my coke without ice because she would always come and fill it again, I never went to haha once. the first thing that came to the table was my soultangsalat, I and my friend enjoyed it very much. it was delicious and a good amount. then I got my veggie rolls and was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was, I was worried first because it has economical in it, but it did not remain as strong taste. I don't like to be so sloppy, but that was bombed. the whole other staff was also very nice to talk to. the atmosphere was also beautiful, the bathroom had quiet tones playing. the bathroom was also very clean. updated by previous review on 2019-10-14
Not a whole lot of options for vegan/ vegetarian, but the vegetable roll is totally worth it. Ordered it maki style and it was amazing.

It's has a lovely atmosphere and great staff; however, the food was just alright. The vegetarian/vegan menu is very limited. The rice was dry and not that flavorful.
Everything I ordered was good. Great service. Sat at the bar. Surprised they had the Sapporo Black. It's like a sweet Guiness w/o the bitter.A bit pricy; but a nice casual place to eat.
