What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
Horrible customer service. Was waiting at least 10 minutes for my sandwiches which were hanging out on their table somewhere. Then they ran out of the sweet potatoes and didn’t tell me so they automatically just have me corn. I asked if I could just substitute for chips, the male grabbed a bag of chips and instead of handing it to me or placing it on the table, he throws it to me. Really?! You guys need more training... great smoothies and good eating. the restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
the flatbreads are delicious, but the smoothies are watered and do not taste as if they were made with fresh fruit.
