I found the hotel and the staff to be amazing. Anything you need and information they were always there to answer questions. I loved the shower because it was so hot and lots of water. Also food was great. At no point did I have any issues and I can be sensitive to food. I'd definitely come back. The room was very nice. Clean and the balcony was facing the setting sun.
