High quality ice cream, great taste. In addition to the classic flavors, they offer varied and particular flavors that are always delicious and of high quality. Delicious desserts, both single portions and cakes. View all feedback.
What Andrea Papetti doesn't like about Sorbetteria Crème Glacée:
I often came to this ice cream shop because, being a diabetic, they used natural sweeteners for the bases. Last Saturday I learned that this was no longer the case and that they now use sugar on all their ice creams. Given the rather significant change in ingredients, a written notice would have been a good thing. Unfortunately I am forced to give only one star and not rate the food because I am unable to. The gentleman who runs the sorbet shop had had the idea of making ice cream with maltitol, which unfortunately he had to put on hold due to costs, at least that's what he says, but I trust him. The problem is that he didn't post any notice of the change in food. Very unprofessional given that the sugar ingredient is essential for some of his customers who supported him because he used maltitol. He didn't have the same concern when, to advertise himself publicly, he declared that he had made that choice to allow his father with health problems to be able to eat ice cream. Evidently he only cares about his family members at the end of the day, otherwise he would have posted a simple notice. I may not have said the ingredients correctly BUT AS YOU ADMIT THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE, RIGHT? Given that part of its fame was due to the particular way of producing ice cream also through newspapers and articles, I consider it UNPROFESSIONAL that such an important change does not deserve GREATER VISIBILITY other than the exposed paper of the ingredients. I remind you that some people may carelessly not read it. My question is: if he is so careless about the health of his customers, where else is he lacking? If defect obviously, it is not certain. BY THE WAY YOU AND I HAD NO CLARIFICATION. I'm sure you are a more attentive craftsman than how you respond to reviews, but my doubts ABOUT CUSTOMER ATTENTION INCREASE. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
