"Very bad service! Girls as cashiers don’t even know what there doing or when your order will come out. I ordered dine in waited for 1 hr 45 min for my order to be ready, I kept asking cashier when my order would be out she said she didn’t know how much longer. I will never be here again bad service and waiting for longer than an hour for just 15 wings is insane!"

"I honestly don't mind if someone is under the influence while working BUT if it impedes your production then maybe you shouldn't do it. My food was great but after having to wait a good while to get any kind of service. My date's food was cold and just put together horribly....Russos usually held a pretty good standard but I don't know if I'll ever go back."
