In Redlands for car repair; on way home found Arby's in San Bernadino using car navigator. Large parking lot and trees for shade on some parking spots. Ordered value deal of two fish sandwiches for $6. Large filets with tartar sauce and lettuce. Offered ketchup, variety of sauces... asked for Ranch dressing. Large lemonade. What Bailey Mohr doesn't like about Arby's:
I am very disappointed with my experience at this arby's location. The parking lot is dangerous and full of transients. The fried food I received seemed old and over their hold time. The lettuce on my sandwich tasted slimy. My tomato was also grittyand gooey. The roast beef was hard and crispy for some reason. The strawberry pie tasted like fried chicken. They got my drive thru order correctly, friendly and fast service. I was nervous about getting here because of the negative reviews. But I had great customer service and food was good!!!
Professional, clean and fresh foods are few to describe this restaurant. My root beer was on point and the meal was definitely on the point! Your team, hands down, quality delivered. We look forward to further visits in the future! Definitely my pleasure to help clean the outside to help in the value you add to the place! Stay strong and safe out there!
Service is great n quick n the best thing is u having specials at this time when we r experiencing hard times. I sometimes buy for the homeless not that I'm rich I just put myself in there shoes . It's awful to be hungry n have no money to eat. Times r very hard right now. I'm very old n find it sad to see so many homeless.
It cool not bad at all if you looking for sumthin a little different from the traditional burger and tacos.
