"The sushi in Edo is on another dimension altogether. I don 't get to eat much sushi, but this sushi was incredible. They offer half rolls which is great because you can order a greater variety that way. Do not miss their encebichado varieties and include a tiradito."

"Estuve al mediodía y quedé gratamente sorprendido. Probé la causa mixta y la papa rellena de mariscos. Las cantidades son generosas y la sazón es muy buena. El sitio es particular, queda en la entrada de un pequeño mercado y tiene una barra como también un salón dentro del mercado. Los precios son relativamente económicos."

"I live in Lima, and love sushi. This is my personal favorite. The rolls themselves are very good, but there are other places where they might be better. The real secret is ordering the non-maki dishes. Ask for the Tiradito Tibio (my favorite), the Tartar de Atun (insist on them using the old 6-spoon presentation, the new one isn't that good), the Tuna Tataki (ask that they make it with the thin noodles they give out as a courtesy dish), the Wakame salad, the Yakimeshi or Curry Rice (in my case I ask them to change the shrimp for chicken). There is one roll in particular that is godly and I haven't found elsewhere: the Gyu maki, a special roll topped with lomo saltado. I also very much enjoy their salmon and tuna gunkans. If you like soups the Ramen is "good enough", but the Misoshiru is great. Last pro-tip: if you order a roll that is eaten with a sweet sauce they will serve it with eel sauce. Ask them to give you additionally the Maracuya sauce; you're welcome ;)"
