Worst Pho Ever! Our family was super excited to find a Vietnamese restaurant in Lima because we needed our Pho fix. Boy were we disappointed! The broth tasted instant and had a thick layer of oil that left a strange, almost chemical like greasy aftertaste. And the noodles tasted like the cheap packaged noodles you buy at the grocery store.
